Hideo Kojima wants to be the first game developer to scan a real ghost for his upcoming horror game OD.
He plans to travel the world and visit famously haunted locations to track down paranormal entities.
Hideo Kojima shared a new photo with Hunter Schafer while working on his new horror game OD.
This suggests he’s using his motion capture scanning process on her.
Kojima usually scans actors to capture their real movements and expressions for lifelike characters in his games.
Game director Hideo Kojima says ditching disc games is "frightening" for the future of ownership.
"There are companies that own these servers and let you turn the tap for a monthly fee. If there is a change, you won’t be able to watch or play the movies and games you like"
Director Michael Sarnoski has confirmed that the upcoming Death Stranding movie will not retell the story of the games. Instead, it will tell a new story set in another part of the Death Stranding world.
Sarnoski said the film takes place in “my own corner of the world,” with new characters and locations rather than Sam Porter Bridges’ journey.
He added that “you might see some characters from the game pop up.”
Sarnoski is working closely with Hideo Kojima “He just knows movies incredibly well.”
