Heroic counselors tackled him to the ground one was bitten during the struggle. Child and counselor taken to hospital by Queens Hatzalah. Suspect in NYPD custody. 🇺🇲 Dem. Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed is thankful for the Jewish communities that surrounded him in his youth, despite his Muslim faith. But he also made a subtle reference to the dire circumstances Palestinians are suffering under.
