The discussions remain preliminary, with no product currently under development. JPMorgan already operates its Kinexys blockchain and JPM Coin, a tokenized deposit used by institutional clients. Meanwhile, more than a dozen financial institutions, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Santander, are advancing plans for a global stablecoin consortium.

JPMorgan Looks Set For New Record On The XRP Ledger JPMorgan Chase & Co. is approaching a record-breaking $1T market capitalization mark as its corporate digital asset presence continues to grow on the @Ripple $XRP Ledger. The bank’s Kinexys unit has settled cross-border transactions for tokenized U.S. Treasuries in just 5 seconds, thanks to carefully designed integrations between Ripple and Mastercard infrastructures. As it scales, JPM is also tokenizing $QQQ and $SPY for production trading with DTCC. In parallel, the company’s $wJPM token remains liquid 24/7 on a DEX built on the XRPL.

NEW: @BlackRock launches tokenized share classes for select European money market funds. The firm plans to tokenize share classes of its European Institutional Cash Series money market funds onto @Ethereum, using Kinexys by J.P. Morgan as the translation layer between onchain activity and the traditional fund registers.
