So let me tell ya about my little thotty dress.. the dress I was gonna wear for my birthday was a little too small and there wasn't enough fabric... so I got my ass in a truck and went to Staten dolls gentlemen's club where I worked at for four years and bought this little dress because baby NOTHING was gonna stop this night... I love the fact that they don't see me like CARDI B.. they still treat me like CAMILLA (Fun fact.. that was my stripper name 😂😂)

🚨 SCOTT-VINCENT BORBA walked away from a 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 make-up company and 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 his entire fortune because he felt a calling from God. His testimony is amazing! Borba recalls being at a party during the height of his career and feeling so unhappy, so he prayed this prayer to God: "𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲." "Upon that moment, I felt His mercy and love," Borba told me. He gave away all of his wealth, walked away from his past life, and in ONE WEEK will be ordained a priest. "Mercy and hope is for everyone," he said. "I was the biggest sinner." "There's no sin God cannot forgive, and He wanted to put -- not the most perfect out in front -- but to use someone like me from the spiritual gutter, to pull me out, to show everyone that he can do anything with anyone at any time. " "I was able to give up the world, but it's only through His love and grace that I was able to do that." He now lives in a small room, far different than his previous life. Borba says, "For all the people who are out there right now that are yearning for something, for more, are longing for love, are not satisfied, that feel empty, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲." @SatAmericaFNC @FoxNews ⬇️

If you love fine-tuning open-source models (like me), then listen. > Start with 1B, 2B, 4B, and 8B models. (Don't start with a 27B model or bigger at first.) > Use WebGPU providers. I use Google Colab Pro for any model smaller than 9B. A single A100 80GB costs around $0.60/hr, which is cheap. Enough for small models. > Don’t buy GPUs unless you fine-tune 7 to 10 models. You'll understand the nitty-gritty in the process. > Use Codex 5.5 × DeepSeek v4 Pro to create datasets. Codex to plan, DeepSeek v4 Pro to generate rows. > Use Unsloth's instruct models as a base from Hugging Face. Yes, there are others too, but Unsloth also provides fast fine-tuning notebooks. > Use Unsloth's fine-tuning notebooks as a reference. Paste them into Codex, and Codex will write a custom notebook with the configs you need. > Spend 1 day learning about: - SFT (supervised fine-tuning) - RL training (GRPO, DPO, PPO, etc.) - LoRA / QLoRA training - Quantization and types - Local inference engines (llama.cpp) - KV cache and prompt cache > Just get started. Claude, Codex, and ChatGPT can design a step-by-step plan for how you can fine-tune your first AI model. Future tech is moving toward small 5B to 15B ELMs (Expert Language Models) rather than general 1T LLMs. So fine-tuning is an important skill that anyone can acquire today. Tune models, test them, use them. Then fine-tune for companies and make a career out of it. (Companies pay $50k+ to fine-tune models on their data so they can get personalized AI models.) Shoot your questions below. I'll be sharing in-depth raw findings about this topic in the coming days.

Notes like this are the best part about starting a company: Hello Brian & Dharmesh,  I joined HubSpot in March 2013 as one of the early DubSpot team and after 13 incredible years this is my last month. Many times I've heard Brian talk about building a company that your grandkids can be proud of. I am writing this email partly to give you an insight into the incredible impact you've had on my life and partly because I imagine it is difficult for your family to appreciate the impact HubSpot has had on so many like me. I hope you share this with your family.  I joined HubSpot at 26 yrs old as a Level 1 Sales Rep. I was early in my sales career, highly motivated and eager to learn. HubSpot gave me an opportunity I couldn't have imagined and I didn't fully appreciate until later. I worked hard, learnt fast and chased targets. I moved to Manager and later moved to Sales Director. In January 2014, Nisha Anand joined as a Level 1 Support Rep. We met, fell in love and got married. She also worked hard, learnt fast and chased promotions. She is now a Principal Solutions Engineer on UK Corp.  Financially HubSpot has transformed our lives but it is more than that. Our friends are HubSpotters. At our Wedding there were tables of HubSpotters. There are family and friends in Leitrim and Belfast that still cannot explain what HubSpot does but they follow it in the news, check the stock price and ask us "what's happening at the big American company?". HubSpot is part of our life story. At every step of our lives HubSpot has been there:  - We timed our Wedding so we could take our sabbaticals for our Honeymoon.  - We sold HUBS shares to buy our first home - When Covid hit we continued progressing our careers working from home - We used tuition reimbursement to up-skill and learn at Harvard, UCD and Oxford. - We used the Temporary Mobility policy to work from London for 1 month during fertility treatment. It worked and we got pregnant. - When our twins girls arrived 10 weeks early and spent a month in hospital, HubSpot supported us. I had 6 weeks for Paternity leave plus used my 2nd sabbatical to be there for my family - My wife took 12 months of maternity leave plus her 2nd sabbatical and returned to continue progressing her career and recently triggered another promotion. - We sold HUBS again to move into a bigger home. My father tells me that I have spent one third of my working career at HubSpot. It is almost impossible to explain the impact HubSpot has had on my life. What an amazing company. I hope you and your family are incredibly proud of what you have built. For the rest of my life I will be grateful to you and HubSpot. Wishing you and your family all the best in the future.

“I took Zoloft in 2022… ” Nobody told Lauren Freidman that 4 years later, she would have permanently lost all emotional and sexual function. “The day I woke up with this injury, I quite literally felt my soul leave my body.” Stop scrolling for 5 minutes to hear her story: “Had I known that this medication had the capacity to cause permanent loss of sexual and emotional function, I would have sought alternatives.” “Had I known SSRIs were prescribed off-label to chemically castrate sex offenders, I would have never taken this medication.” “Had I known that the leading sexual medicine doctors in the world are finding SSRIs cause fibrosis of the genitals… I would have never taken this medication.” “I’m living with a condition called Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction.” “50-70% of all patients taking these will have sexual side effects.” “What patients are not warned about is that these side effects can be permanent.” “I’m 23 years old.” “I don’t think it’s sensational to say that this is a form of chemical castration.” “PSSD is not just a loss of sexual function, but a loss for some people of emotional function as well.” “I can’t feel love for my own mother.” “Which is the hardest thing on Earth.” “I can’t feel connection or love for my friends, or even pleasure in music.” “I was a songwriter since I was a child. It was my outlet.” “And it’s been completely neurologically severed from these medications.” “There’s a reason that every song on the radio, every movie on your television, every piece of art since the beginning of humanity centers on sex and love, and not just romantic love, but platonic, familial love.” “These are the most central, intoxicating, worthwhile, and fulfilling parts of the human experience.” “To remove someone’s ability to emotionally connect with another human being is a crime against humanity.” “And I say crime against humanity because there is evidence that Eli Lilly, who created the first SSRI, Prozac, knew their drugs could cause permanent sexual dysfunction and emotional numbness.” “They withheld this from the public because they knew it would be a threat to their bottom line.” “There’s nothing more criminal or dystopian to withhold from patients and parents of patients that your medication can permanently chemically castrate and emotionally numb its user.” “The FDA actually received a citizen’s petition from sufferers in 2018 begging the risk be added to the label.” “And it was completely ignored.” “If this correction was made, I would have had full informed consent.” “I could have chosen an alternative.” “I would have been spared from the most inorganic, inhumane suffering I could have ever imagined.” “But that decision was made for me because of pharmaceutical greed and regulatory failure that has kept the general public in the dark about the truth of these drugs.” “22-year-old women and men like myself have ended their lives because, I think we can agree, life is not worth living when you can’t feel it or participate in it.” “People deserve to know the truth.” “People should not pay with their lives for trusting the medical system.” Nobody told millions of others just like Lauren that her decision to take an SSRI would spiral into permanent, lifelong injuries. We want to hear your “Nobody Told Me” story. Because you are not alone. Millions of young people are suffering through the exact same things. Please share your story below, or post a video sharing your story and tag us @_innercompass. @MAHA_Institute @lololizzle
