The trial for 'American Idol' alum Caleb Flynn resumes today in Ohio, where the singer is accused of murdering his wife and staging a home invasion.
Flynn's alleged mistress Alleigha Botner is set to return to the stand after her bombshell testimony yesterday, where she said that Flynn told her he had negative feelings about his wife, Ashley, "just about every day" before allegedly killing her.
When questioned about what Flynn told her on the day of Ashley's death, Botner testified, "he said, 'it'll be a day I never forget.'" | @foxandfriends

BREAKING: A federal judge blocked President Trump’s White House ban on CNN, MS NOW, and Politico, ordering the administration to immediately restore the outlets’ press credentials.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly issued a temporary restraining order requiring officials to “immediately return, reinstate, and restore” the hard passes while the legal fight continues.
The order remains in effect for 14 days. Trump announced the ban last week after accusing the three outlets of reporting “fiction and lies.”

Philadelphia teacher Hannah Gann admits she lied for years about being Palestinian and Black, apologizing after fellow activists confronted her about her background.
Gann, who became a prominent anti-Israel activist within Philadelphia education circles, acknowledged hiding her Jewish family background and said no one around her knew she was fabricating her identity. Two activist groups she worked with say they have permanently cut ties with her.
The Philadelphia School District says it is aware of the controversy and is providing support to students who may have been affected.

Sunny Hostin reveals she initially stood alone in refusing to convict a killer.
Hostin was a juror on the 1991 murder trial of Daniel Rakowitz, who killed, dismembered, and boiled the body parts of his roommate Monika Beerle.
“The View” co-host says the other jurors were furious with her, with one even throwing a chair at her, but she eventually persuaded the entire panel.
"We ended up, all 12 unanimously, voting that he was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity."
"That's how much I believe in the insanity defense."
Rakowitz was sent to a state psychiatric facility following the verdict.

Stanford just got caught using AI to swap a Hispanic student out of a promotional photo and replace him with a Black woman.
Billy Ramirez says he was "immediately baffled" when a friend sent him the altered image. Then he looked closer.
"Seeing my identity changed and being left out of the picture made me feel, in a way, silenced and erased from a representation that was supposed to include me."
Stanford confirmed AI was used and says both the alteration and lack of disclosure violated university policy.
