Modder claybtv has released an open beta for a co-op mode in Resident Evil 4 Remake, letting PC players play through the entire game with a friend. Yes you can play with Wesker The mod features: >Full two-player campaign support. > Shared story progression between both players. > Synchronized enemy spawns and combat encounters. > Synced doors, switches, alarms, and other interactive objects. > Host-and-join online multiplayer functionality. > Support for alternate character models. > Cooperative exploration and combat throughout the game. The mod is still in beta, so there are some known issues, including performance drops, animation stuttering, shared inventory pauses, and occasional bugs during certain encounters.

A modder says he dropped all of Minecraft into Elden Ring. By Tobyn Jacobs. Steve is walking the Lands Between with a full Minecraft hotbar, hearts, and inventory. There is working redstone, Minecraft mobs, and diamond-gear fights against Elden Ring enemies. He says it runs on Mac. No download is up yet. If this is real, somebody just broke both games on purpose.

A modder has recreated a huge part of Minecraft inside Elden Ring. The project, created by Tobyn Jacobs, includes around 1,600 Minecraft items, working Redstone, Creative Mode, Minecraft’s inventory, health, hunger, armor, and XP systems. You can also play as Steve, use Minecraft tools and weapons, and fight Elden Ring enemies while exploring the Lands Between.

A modder has gotten NVIDIA’s DLSS 5 Neural Rendering running on Intel’s Arc 140V integrated GPU. The setup doesn’t use NVIDIA’s CUDA or NGX, instead, it recreates the neural rendering process and runs it on Intel’s XMX hardware through Vulkan. It has been tested in Tekken 7, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, and Mortal Kombat 1. Performance isn’t usable yet. One test reached about 10 FPS at 640×360, 1080p dropped to around 1–2 FPS. It’s just a technical experiment showing that NVIDIA’s neural rendering can run on completely different hardware.

A Street Fighter 6 modder beat Capcom to the movie Chun-Li outfit. Mythic Noob put the pack on Patreon in late September. It follows Callina Liang’s behind-the-scenes costume photo, stitched together from in-game pieces and edits. SF6’s official costume pace has been slow, and there is still no movie skin in the shop. Capcom has said it wants marketing lined up with the film. That movie opens October 16, 2026.

A hardware modder has built a heavily modified PS3 “Pro v3” with an overclocked RSX GPU and a custom 3D-printed cooling system. The console uses two Noctua fans, server-grade heatsinks and custom ducting. During testing, the CPU reached 40°C and the RSX 42°C, with the fans at only 24% of max speed. The RSX runs at 750 MHz core and 1,000 MHz memory, compared with about 500 MHz and 650 MHz on a standard PS3. The modder says almost every game tested gets an FPS boost.

One dedicated modder has spent the last two years fixing the terrible light in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PC. David Matos started the project because he felt the game’s lighting often looked flat and didn’t do its beautiful environments justice. What began as a small personal project became a massive overhaul after thousands of hours of work. The latest version of his Shader Injector mod improves lighting, shadows, reflections, water and character lighting Digital Foundry recently checked out the mod and was impressed, saying places like the Gold Saucer look completely transformed thanks to the improved lighting and reflections.
