Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by yesterday before the show for ’Tallica Talk Live on SiriusXM #MaximumMetallica# with Spider-Dan & Steffan at the Life Burns Faster Experience: The Metallica Pop-up Shop & Fan Experience at The Summit Showroom in The Venetian Resort! In the summer of 1992, @gunsnroses and Metallica shared a stadium bill for what is widely remembered as an orderly, incident-free tour where absolutely nothing went wrong whatsoever. Right??? 👀 @DuffMcKagan was there for all of it. And he's stopping by #MaximumMetallica# for the 35th Anniversary of The Black Album with his five picks as Hero of the Day. Catch it on Wednesday, August 12 at 4 PM ET / 1 PM PT and 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT on @SIRIUSXM Channel 42. Listen on demand in the SXM app after it airs.

On Thursday, you'll hear from one of the four men who made "The Black Album." He was there for all 301 gigs... first one in the building, last one out. His thunderous bass tone rattled speakers for millions of fans around the globe, and he's the man behind the hypnotic intro to "My Friend of Misery." That's right. Jason Newsted is checking in with #MaximumMetallica# as the Hero of the Day. You won't want to miss it. Tune in Thursday, August 13 at 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT and 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT on @SIRIUSXM Channel 42. Listen on demand in the SXM app after it airs.
