My dear friend Ben passed away recently. We celebrated his life today. By all metrics he was in peak physical shape but he passed completely unexpectedly in his sleep by natural causes. Lesson 1 - go get preventive health testing done. I just spent a full day doing this on Friday. Most of these scenarios are avoidable. Lesson 2 - cherish every moment with loved ones, friends and family.
