Africa’s energy potential is only as powerful as the people equipped to unlock it. At the SPE NAICE Nigeria 2026 Career Fair, Talent Beyond XXX brought us face-to-face with emerging professionals ready to learn, innovate and contribute to the future of energy. For us, building that future means more than investing in infrastructure. It means strengthening Africa’s capability pipeline, advancing technical excellence, and creating opportunities for the next generation to turn potential into impact. Beyond XXX, we’re investing in Africa’s greatest energy resource: its people. #TalentBeyondXXX# #SaharaBeyondXXX# #BeyondXXX# #SaharaGroup# #NAICE2026#
