The more I look at $MX after the $NVTS investment, the more interesting this setup gets. Magnachip already licensed Navitas GeneSiC technology for 1,200V, 2,300V and 3,300V+ applications. Now $NVTS is going one step further and actually becoming a shareholder. That tells me this relationship is becoming much deeper than a simple licensing deal. $MX gets access to proven SiC technology and $NVTS broader SiC ecosystem instead of having to build everything from zero. At the same time, Magnachip brings its own manufacturing infrastructure, decades of power semiconductor experience and the ability to qualify and commercialize these products in-house. So you suddenly have a pretty interesting combination: $NVTS brings the SiC technology. $MX brings the manufacturing platform and the route to commercialization. And all of this is happening while $MX is already pushing further into AI server power, data centers, EV charging, energy storage and industrial applications. @hiteshkar @MrShorte @HunterAllen4
