Netflix and Disney+ are looking at offering free streaming options supported by ads. Netflix is shuttering its Los Angeles-based game studio Night School, best known for side-scrolling psychological thrillers Oxenfree and Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals.

Netflix is shutting down two more of its game studios: Night School Studio, the team behind Oxenfree, and Moonloot. Night School just released Unhinged, a Netflix game, only a few weeks ago. Moonloot is being shut down before it even released a game. Netflix has already closed Team Blue in 2024 and Boss Fight Studios last year.

Netflix will be giving ‘CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY’ a major 45+ day exclusive theatrical release on November 5, 2027. The film follows Taika Waititi as Willy Wonka when he returns to his factory after years in prison for turning a child into a blueberry.
