My Twitch chat built into OBS just reminded me about my Partner 12-year Partner anniversary. In 2014, acceptance letters were just an email and a tax form without the cool art you get today. I got this consistently pulling over 100+ CCV daily, capping out over 1,000 CCV daily.

From 1990s IDC/HTX and the Dutch Polder roots of NPvg to driving OBS Studio over SSH via Python stdlib WebSocket v5: building the 60-second Article-Casting Kata. #NixOS# #Python# #OBS#

Having a pretty fun time with Opus this weekend My (experimental) /chief-of-staff skill is trying to replace OBS with a homebrew video recorder. So it's running a side-by-side latency comparison where it has asked me to: 1. Download a video it made itself to my phone 2. Prop it up and show it to my camera 3. Point my microphone at it 4. Simultaneously record my screen and play sounds 5. Check all available inputs for latency 6. Compare against OBS and my own setup Truly bonkers levels of verification and I freaking love it, I would never be this thorough if I were developing this myself

Turtle Beach is putting a 2.25-inch touchscreen directly on the side of a gaming mouse. The MC7 lets you change DPI, switch profiles, trigger macros, launch apps and control OBS from the display, without opening extra software. It also features a 30,000 DPI sensor, 8K polling, wireless/Bluetooth/wired connectivity and dual hot-swappable batteries. The MC7 costs $159.99

Today in "Wacky uses for Durable Objects" Making a web slideshow where the currently active slide persists to all visitors, so the non-interactive browser layer in OBS displays the same thing I'm seeing in my Chrome window.
