The short clip comes ahead of the German club's return to the UEFA Champions League, with all signs pointing directly to the official launch of their special European kit for the 26-27 campaign. The teaser follows leaks of the new Jako-made European home shirt, which was previously spotted in retail stores and worn during VfB Frauen training sessions. The design embraces a distinct retro aesthetic, featuring Stuttgart's traditional red chest band on a white base, finished with vintage red and black striped trim on the collar and cuffs alongside classic Jako Sport branding. However, the teaser video does not hint at the leaked kit, but showcases the Adidas VfB Stuttgart 1988-89 Europa Pokal Winners' kit, which features the iconic Netherlands 1988 design.
