Setting global liquidity aside for a second and looking at this purely through a technical lens.
Weekly is the timeframe that matters here, that's where you read the secular trend and the cycle inflection points. Bullish divergences on the weekly RSI carry real weight - it's something I've been discussing since the Feb capitulation low and highlighted in the lead-up to the top in September last year, when a bearish divergence developed.
So does a shift in trend regime. Every time this indicator has flipped to neutral (yellow), that alone has been enough evidence of a cycle inflection in momentum. When it's gone on to flip fully bullish (green), that's worked 5 of the last 6 times, COVID being the one exception. And in all but one of those instances, price never returned to retest the level from which it broke out of neutral.
Six data points are a small sample, but it would be unusual if $btc didn't follow the historical pattern. The fingerprints of a cycle inflection are there. But the market will test this because global liquidity remains unfavourable despite a weaker dollar. The Bessent put will need Fed coordination to work.
