SpaceX’s has revealed that a select group of seafaring @Starlink users will receive gigabit speeds by this December. Starship's upcoming 14th flight next week, which will deliver 26 Starlink V3 satellites to orbit for the first time, will increase the entire Starlink constellation bandwidth capacity by ~3%. SpaceX will effectively be doubling throughput for these maritime customers who own the Starlink Performance Gen 3 kit, which costs $2,000.
