Status update on Arc access Public Arc RPC is still restricted, and Circle’s official route into Arc (Gateway domain) is not reliably minting right now. This is an upstream / infrastructure issue — not a UARC contract drain. If you deposited USDC via Circle Gateway and claim hasn’t finished: funds are not lost. They sit on Circle’s official Gateway rails until Arc mint can complete. Status Update: The forensic investigation remains ongoing. We are working closely with law enforcement and leading cybersecurity experts. Our team of experts continues to trace funds and actively coordinate with exchanges, bridges, and stablecoin issuers. The trading contracts were and remain frozen to contain the incident. Public communications will be shared with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to any unfreezing of smart contracts. At present, positions remain open. When trading resumes, traders will again be able to manage or close them. We will share updates as we are able to responsibly over the coming days, including a technical post-mortem and outline of the path forward towards protocol restoration. Status update. Working through the issues users have flagged. Current focus: - Order placement & cancel latency (P0): two fixes in flight. Spam mitigations + improved order intake (ETA Wednesday). More guardrails on top. - "Not enough balance / allowance" on limit sells (and some buys): multiple fixes shipped, first focused on buys. Major source of sell-limit issue identified with patch in QA, releasing tomorrow - Cancel orders right after a restart: shipping in next week's CLOB release. - 403 on API key creation: working directly with Cloudflare and pulling logs from impacted users. - PnL - Some users have been encountering fluctuating PnL. Position values and average prices should now be correct, and daily/weekly PnL will heal automatically at end of day and end of week UTC time. - Withdrawals failing with "something went wrong": down to a handful of accounts.
