Jeff Bezos says people worrying about AI taking everyone’s jobs are looking at it the wrong way. Speaking at VivaTech in Paris, Bezos said AI will make people more productive and could actually lead to a shortage of workers, not mass unemployment. “People worry that AI will replace workers. I think the opposite is going to happen.” He argued that there are basically endless problems for humans to solve and that AI will create new industries and opportunities, just like past technologies did.
