🇳🇵Nepal is rebuilding the early-warning system that failed along its China border after last week’s glacial flood. The first site will be Timure in Rasuwa, with seismic sensors, cameras, and a VSAT satellite link so stations can keep working when mobile networks die. BREAKING: Royal Wagenborg is rolling out Starlink across its global fleet of around 160 general cargo vessels. 🛰️🚢 The multiyear programme with De Boer Marine will combine Starlink with OneWeb, Ku-band VSAT, Iridium Certus and 5G. The upgrade will also include onboard IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, secure ship-to-shore communications and remote support. Starlink is becoming a key part of maritime connectivity worldwide. The key to learning fast is reducing friction in the learning process. One of the biggest sources of friction: Not knowing the prerequisites for the thing you're trying to learn.
