THE BLOCK: Ethereum's new Platåberget testnet is set to undergo the Glamsterdam upgrade on Aug. 20, providing a public testing ground before the fork reaches Sepolia and Hoodi.
The upgrade includes proposer-builder separation, block-level access lists, and gas repricing targeting a roughly 200 million gas floor.
