Its mental health awareness month and its time to share the simplest way to use your breath to provide deep relief from anxiety and stress (God knows we need it in the time of AI, specially young adults). The science of this is well documented, but not well know. Here is one of the research studies. Attached is a very simple breathwork sequence you can try right now. Just do this for 3 minutes (roughly 15 rounds of breath) and see how you feel.
