MAJOR The incredible organization @Moms4Liberty just filed a lawsuit against Chathams School District in New Jersey over policy which hides a student’s gender transition from parents The policy allows students to use a different name and pronouns at school without informing parents, as well as allow males to compete in girl’s sports and use girl’s bathrooms. This is HUGE The Supreme Court ruled on Mirabelli v. Bonta in a very similar case in the parents’ favor, however they sent the case back down to the Ninth Circuit and did not fully decide the whole case. They only lifted the hold on blocking the policy, allowing the blocking of the policy to take effect. Will be very interesting to see how this plays out.
