The man who rear-ended a vehicle while drunk, causing it to crash into a SCHOOL BUS FULL OF CHILDREN in Kentucky, is an ILLEGAL ALIEN FROM GUATEMALA, DHS confirmed to me.
Ervin Oxlaj-Perez was released into our country by the Biden admin in 2023.
Police said Oxlaj-Perez fled after the crash and was found a block away slurring his words and smelling of alcohol.
He is charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, 24 counts of wanton endangerment, no operator's license, and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid.
