Sephora is joining the trend to support sensory-sensitive shoppers.
The beauty giant announced it will bring "Quiet Hours" to every U.S. store, introducing quieter, lower-stimulation shopping periods designed to make stores more accessible for neurodivergent customers.
Music will be lowered, digital displays toned down and strong scents minimized, though the company has not yet announced a nationwide schedule.
The company says the initiative was shaped by feedback from shoppers and disability advocacy groups following a successful pilot program in 32 stores.
