One was arrested after a foot chase and found carrying a loaded restricted handgun. The investigation quickly led police to a residence at 212 Chesham Place near campus, where they discovered chemicals that could be used to make explosives, finished high explosives, and materials related to firearm manufacturing. Searches also took place at addresses in Orléans (near Ottawa) and Gatineau, Quebec.
