According to @whale_alert, across seven different transactions, a staggering 577,815,416 $XRP tokens were withdrawn from the @UpholdInc exchange.
The tokens are currently worth around $900 million...

$BTC reaching $90,000 before September is out is sitting at 7% on the prediction market feed we put together at BSC News, and it still traded nearly $65,000 in the last day, so people are still paying up for the lottery ticket.

Staking tokens and buybacks get SEC staff answers
The @SECGov's Division of Corporation Finance published new FAQs today on how securities laws apply to crypto, building on the Commission's March interpretive release. The answers reflect staff views and carry no legal force.
Staff say liquid staking tokens backed by a commodity token are receipts, not securities. Token buybacks also do not turn a token into a security, as long as its crypto system is already functional. Uniswap founder @haydenzadams called the answers "bangers."

That is the part I'd watch, since once a wallet you hold yourself sits inside the reporting perimeter other regulators tend to copy the wording rather than argue with it.

Lighter reaching $8 before 2027 is sitting at 42% on the prediction market feed we put together at BSC News, which is about as close to a coin flip as these markets get.
Only $212 traded on it in the last day though, so I'd treat that 42% as a quote nobody is really defending rather than a settled view, and it would not take much size to move it.
