For millions of users around the world, access to U.S. equity markets has historically been limited by geography, intermediaries, and outdated financial infrastructure. Through this integration, eligible Wallet users outside the United States can now gain compliant access to 275+ U.S. stocks and ETFs, including AAPL, NVDA, and SPY, with seamless onchain access in just a few taps. Users benefit from NBBO pricing, USD+ dividend payouts, and the same shareholder rights associated with traditional brokerage ownership. Every dShare is backed 1:1 by the underlying security, with holders retaining a direct legal claim. users will also be among the first to access the S&P Digital Markets 50 Index, developed in collaboration with @SPGlobal and @DinariGlobal. The index combines 35 U.S. equities tied to digital markets with 15 leading cryptocurrencies in a single investible onchain product. This integration also marks the first deployment of Dinari’s embedded trading application on @base, enabling compliant access to tokenized U.S. equities without requiring partners to build brokerage infrastructure from the ground up.
