.@jrpsaki is a terrible reporter and @MSNOWNews should hold her accountable.
A 30-second review of basic financial disclosures—literally her most fundamental duty as a journalist—would have shown I have zero leadership or decision-making in the company she claimed I was “on the board of” — the basis for which she claimed I was in China.
As I previously stated, I have NO knowledge whatsoever of the transaction she referenced, the people involved or a single detail - as I’m not, in anyway, involved.
This isn’t journalism—it’s reckless and dishonest reporting that damages people, reputation and lives.
Formal notice is going out Monday with a lawsuit to follow…

Eric Trump has an excellent case here. Jen Psaki threw out some wild accusations on national television with zero evidence or proof to back them up. This is Defamation 101.
Let's see how she addresses this tonight (will likely somehow play the victim is the guess).
