Working on
@runwayml @modal hackathon this weekend. I created this project called bubblio
Bubblio is an SDK (yeah, lost half attention here)...basically bubblio allows you to put a bubble in your platform that when clicked displays an AI character to talk in real time and will take actions in only 5 lines of code
Using bubblio in your platform allows you to put a customer service person available 24/7 in several languages at the cost of 0.25 cents per minute
This AI character knows your platform, can redirect user to useful links, bump subscription tiers, create tickets, update the user about their tickets.
Why not only use a normal customer service? BECAUSE USUALLY IT SUCKS FOR THE USERS. For insurances, they can take several calls or days sending emails to update you about something that is already in their DB, why not just put someone that can assist you with those tiny tasks?
Check it out at and forget to setup servers, calls, infra because we already handle that part
