但所谓的「缺失环境」完全在我指定的 goal 之外，codex 这算是越界行为 。
好奇看了一眼，这个 goal 为啥还没完成，因为我给的任务也没这么复杂 。
结果发现，是因为环境缺失 codex 无法验证结果，最终无法标记完成 。。。然后它就一直在那寻找其他事情干，比如写写文档什么的 😆
