Imagine the first impression you can make when: - You do not have to simplify the way you speak on a call just because someone may not catch your usual pace or phrasing. - You can sound fluent, natural, and fully like yourself, even when you speak quickly, make a joke, or explain something with nuance. - And the conversation can keep its rhythm instead of turning into pauses, repetition, and “sorry, can you say that again?” That is what real-time voice translation changes. Try dMeet for yourself:

Translation race The world seems to have woken up to the fact that video calls need real-time translation. Google used I/O 2025 to announce near real-time speech translation in Meet, and just last month, DeepL published a study claiming DeepL Voice outperformed Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. While the race is getting busy, we’ve been in our lane long enough to glance back at it from behind. Live meetings with real-time AI translation are here: - decentralized - low latency - secured - no geo restriction. built on @dTelecom

A working Babel Fish from the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, has always felt like a distant sci-fi dream. That’s why we’re proud to say – we’ve finally done it. @dMeetApp's built-in AI voice translator can convert speech into 30+ different languages in real time, showing translated text live in the meeting chat. That means one meeting can include people from Tokyo, Berlin and São Paulo — and everyone still understands each other. And soon the new STT <> TTS form @dTelecom will up the game to real-time voice translation. The Babel Fish is finally here!

We already have video avatars in beta, speaking with teams on the calls, do researches, summarize calls, remind stuff, share data from knowledge base. With x402 and @dtelecom's STT <> TTS humans and agents can now speak any language. This is the future of an everyday comms.

Earlie we outlined our integration of x402. Here’s how it will express in @dMeetApp. Real-time translation runs as audio flows through STT, is translated, converted back via TTS, and streamed to the listener. Instead of locking this behind subscriptions or fixed plans, each session (or minute) can be priced dynamically. If payment is required: х402 with the price → programmatic pay → continue the call. Usage-based speech running in real time. This is what we need in 2026. 🧑‍💻
