The #Indigo# Bunting came back again just before dark and settled on to the feeder. I have not seen the missus yet but hope she is around too.#NaturePhotography#
The Deer was this morning, But when I came home this afternoon and looked out at the feeder and saw the #Indigo# Bunting working away on the ground, oblivious of the other birds. Have never seen this before. I photographed one years ago in a tree but never at the feeder.#Nature#

I looked out my living room windows this morning to see who was at the feeders and guess what? Moma #deer# was back again. She stayed quite a while eating the fresh green grass, and on leaving for the bush, she left a little fertilizer so the good grass would continue.#NaturePhoto#

I shot this little American Gold Finch through the window. It just seemed to pick such a suitable place to wait its turn before going to the feeder. I was lucky it stayed long enough to get its portrait taken.

It has been a #deer# morning. First at home then when meeting her on a walking path and the field behind.#NaturePhotography#
This taken last evening. Normally when boats sail up river for the night, a lot of them choose to go to the Pinhey's point harbour, but some prefer the more romantic spots available along the south side of the river to anchor.

I put the #drone# up after the #sunset# as the sky was beautiful. Not sure which I like best, the single image or the 5 shot panorama.
When I returned home today, I checked my trail camera and found a #deer# had visited first at 7:04am then again at 1:49pm #NaturePhotography#
Today was a different #Oriole# day. Yesterday I only had Males. They were all keen on the oranges I had out. No Males today, but this female showed up and I was lucky to get this one decent shot as she was only interested in the Suet feeder and was usually on that upside down.

They have arrived, an Oriole kind of morning, joining the Rose-breasted Grosbeaks who arrived a couple of days ago. Post 2 of 2

I spoke to the owner of the property the best is on and he thinks the tree is a old and large Maple
@Nghthawke1 Perhaps more likely but that is a mighty high Oak if it is one. Will try and find out.
On my early walk yesterday with a friend, the #clouds# made you notice them, just beautifully sitting there, not being pushed by the wind. I took a photo with my camera, then on getting home put the #drone# up to see what it would see. Nicer than the rain and cool today.
