1、微博为什么没变成TikTok？不是产品不行，而是创始人DNA决定的。
2、他2023年开始搞AI私募，只投高确定性的东西，已投了Anthropic、Cohere、xAI、Together AI、Lambda、SpaceX等项目，主要集中在基础模型和算力/基础设施。暂时不会碰AI应用层、Agent产品、垂直工具，认为不确定性太高，大部分都会死。
3、AI时代，长期赢家不是模型最好的，而是注意力最好的。VC基金、软件产品、创业项目都必须先成为媒体，先抢注意力、建连接，大家应该要思考如何让Agent注意到你、调用你。
4、Agent时代大概率是扩大经济蛋糕，未来会诞生一堆新基础设施，包括Agent操作系统、容器、安全架构、身份系统等，硬件+OS+架构会是大机会。
5、给创始人/创业的忠告：创始人需要持久力、抗压能力和及时止损的判断力；早期平台有红利，但后期千万别被单个KOL或用户绑架；做产品要懂运营、会造热点，但更重要的是快速适应新范式。
