Most AI projects are still selling the same thing.. a chatbot, a character, or a trading bot with a token attached. Sibyl is more interesting because the structure is different. The agent is the front-end, Sibyl Labs is the research arm, and Sibyl Systems is the product layer. memory architecture, onchain identity on Base, agent frameworks, staking access, commercial deployments, and a public record of what gets shipped. That’s why $SIBYL feels less like an AI personality coin and more like an early attempt at an agent-native company. The bet isn’t “this bot is smarter.” The bet is that future agents need memory, identity, products, reputation, ownership and economic rails before they become real actors.
