As digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and agentic technologies continue to reshape commerce and commercial activity, new categories of disputes are emerging.
To help meet those evolving needs, the AAA has launched its Web3 Panel, bringing together leading professionals with experience in law, technology, academia, and commercial dispute resolution.
The inaugural panel includes:
