There are 4,444 Bears, but the royalty system is what really caught my attention. When MintABear NFTs are traded on the secondary market, holders can participate in the royalty rewards generated from those trades. The rewards are paid in both ETH and $MNTD. And this is where the Bear’s level becomes important. You can level up your Bear from Level 1 to Level 5 by burning $MNTD. A higher-level Bear can receive a larger share of the royalty rewards because its royalty weighting is higher. If you hold multiple Bears, their royalty participation can also be combined. So the Bear you own isn’t just about the artwork. Its level and how many Bears you hold can affect your participation in the royalty system.
