We’re wrapping up our work with @sherlockdefi, with final fixes submitted yesterday. During the review, we ended up rewriting a meaningful portion of Arrow’s stability pool architecture. Most CDPs rely on a unified stability pool. That works when collateral has relatively similar risk profiles, but becomes far less ideal when you introduce tokenized equities alongside assets like stables and wstETH. Arrow now separates the stability layer into multiple risk-tiered pools, preventing a shortfall from a higher-risk equity class from being passed onto lower-risk stability providers. It’s been one of the more interesting outcomes of the audit, particularly because variations of the unified model are used across many major protocols. Sherlock has been incredibly detail-oriented throughout the process and pushed us toward a substantially stronger architecture. All final fixes are now pushed. Mainnet as soon as we receive the green light from Sherlock.
