PGNGI+ is now available on @pharos_network, bringing its on-chain exposure to a wider set of users. Its exposure is linked to the performance of Partners Group's Next Generation Infrastructure strategy. Partners Group is a leading global private markets firm managing around USD 185 billion in assets, with roughly USD 38 billion deployed across infrastructure since 2001 and a dedicated team of around 120 infrastructure professionals. Assets like these have traditionally been open only to institutional investors. The strategy targets essential infrastructure shaped by digitalisation, decarbonisation and new living, spanning data centres, communications, energy infrastructure, power grids, renewable energy and transportation. These assets tend to carry long-term, stable cash flow profiles, with a reference annualised return of around 13.7%. Through PGNGI+, eligible holders gain on-chain access to a category of private infrastructure assets that normally sits behind a high barrier to entry.
