BTC Optioneer(@BTCoptioneer):$STRC paying daily dividends isn't prohibited by Delaware law. The issue is that Delaware requires dividends to be declared by the board and paid only from legally available funds. Doing that every day would create a cumbersome governance/legal process. It's still doable with the right structure, but much harder than simply setting a daily distribution mechanism into the security's terms. Would you prefer daily dividends?
