At least 8 people have been confirmed dead and hundreds are missing following a catastrophic flash flood in Nepal’s Rasuwa district near the Tibet border.
Footage shows residents, including children, fleeing through trees as a massive wall of muddy water and debris surges through the valley.
The flood has swept away villages, roads and bridges and severely damaged hydropower infrastructure as major rescue operations continue.
