I actually agree with Stifel's 2027 EPS estimate.
If Micron earns around $159 per share in FY2027 and the market assigns just a 10x multiple, that's already a $1,590-$1,600 stock.
With MU trading around $1,130 today, that implies roughly 40% upside even without any multiple expansion.
What's even more interesting is that I don't think the $159 EPS estimate is the ceiling. Given the strength we're seeing in HBM, DRAM pricing, and AI-driven memory demand, there's still room for upward revisions over the next 12-18 months.
The market is acting like we're near peak earnings. I'm not convinced we're there yet.
