Paul A. She fell about 10 feet and was rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Con Edison is investigating how the manhole was left open. My deepest condolences go out to her family and loved ones. This is a heartbreaking reminder to stay alert on city streets, especially at night. (Video: AI)
