Li Yanhe ( #FuCha#) was wrongfully detained and now reportedly remains under an “exit ban”—even though PRC law on “deprivation of political rights” does not authorize restrictions on freedom of movement.
Fu Cha should be free to reunite with his family in Taiwan.
