What does the future look like for engineering org leaders and big teams? What questions do you have? For the last decade of my career, I’ve been an organizational leader, running teams of various sizes along with being in the code/software to varying degrees. I now spend most of my time building. The transition from running large orgs to building was easier than you might think.  I recently did some private writing on what I think the future holds for large teams and organizational leaders. A lot of this is informed by my personal experience of transitioning through different roles. I plan to share thoughts here - some will be spicy.
