Finally I said, Guys, fix that step. Wasn’t part of the bathroom. Wasn’t on the estimate. Wasn’t our fault or our problem. But we’re already here. Take the extra few minutes and leave their house better than we found it. That’s something I want every guy who works with me to understand and to pass down. It’s not always about what you’re getting paid to do. Sometimes you just fix the damn step.
