Hinton finally admits he was wrong about radiologists because he didn't understand:
1) Jevon's Paradox (when something is easier/cheaper we use more of it)
2) The job of radiologists
Maybe people who are gifted in a domain are not usually the best people to predict the impact of that domain on the world (because that's a totally different skill)?
And maybe, just maybe, he is wrong about the big risks of AI too?
Now remove the "maybe" and you got it!
