"Tokenized stock" means nothing until you know what you actually own.
Dinari's CBO @annabelleacta says dShares use a custodial approach where owning the token means you have a regulated, protected claim to the backing security rather than an IOU.
So even if Dinari fails you can still access your shares, because a token should be as good as owning the stock.
