They are waging war against Europe every single day, directly in Ukraine, and through hybrid warfare against the rest of us. If Russia wanted peace, they could simply stop. They are the ones attacking. Nobody else is attacking in Europe right now except Russia.” Frederiksen puts responsibility where it belongs: with the aggressor. Negotiations must be judged against Russia’s actions. Concessions offered while Moscow continues its attacks give Putin benefits without requiring him to stop.
