There is a myth that #
xbt# (b2b) decision making is centralized. The community is open to newcomers and encourages debate. All decisions are made by voting and its not restricted. Only badgering nonsensical voices that are deemed nonproductive are filtered out, which is fine by me. It is not heavyhanded.
Alphapool may or may not have had bad intentions but having such a high % of the hadhrate is itself an attack. The community is discussing and is continuing to evaluate the threat.
The miners are vendors to the node runners, the network is permissionless for node runners. Its not meant to be fully permissionless for miners.
