He operated to plant explosive devices across Gaza in order to harm IDF troops. Additionally, he planned & advanced terror attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops and operated to rehabilitate Hamas, in systematic violation of the ceasefire. He was eliminated in order to remove the threat he posed.
