With respect this is just my opinion. I genuinely think Grant is massively under qualified when it comes to economy / markets.
He hit the golden years aka ‘American Dream’ in the housing market after the ‘07 crash.
Prior to that he was a car salesman. Went on to be a master of his craft.
Maybe consumer market isn’t dead, but it’s certainly peaking.
Us humans need a slap in the face and come back to reality.
